Bug Description
Currently, the music player plugins (Banshee and Rhythmbox) allow to play/pause, skip and go back in songs. However, I propose that a new plugin is created, dedicated completely to emulate media keys and leave the library management to the aforementioned plugins. This seems unnecessary at first, but it has some advantages:
1. Will work with almost any player, without a dedicated plugin. For example, I use Clementine player now and then, but there is no way of interacting with it with Synapse. This solution will control playback globally.
2. I also use Banshee most of the time, but don't want to manage the library with Synapse. If I disable the Banshee plugin, I can't control playback.
