Bug Description
When loading a book, we ping Open Library to see if it is available there. Try not showing the logo in upper left of the toolbar until we know if the book is available on OL. If the book is available on OL, show the OL logo. If the book is not available on OL, show the Internet Archive logo.

We currently get the OL record using a jQuery jsonp ajax call. Apparently nothing is triggered in the case of error? Makes it hard to determine that the book is NOT available on OL.
