New shortcuts for the 1.3.0

Hi,

To be consistent with the evolution of the project, i introduce two new shortcuts.

* one for the Import of Transitions : CTRL + V
* one for the UploadVideoManager : CTRL + U

Ctrl + V might get a bit confusing, as that is commonly used in other applications for a Paste function.

I have changed for Ctrl +W. Say me if it is okay.

I have done an error creating the previous.

I have put the labels missing (under one for the help). I don't know how pass the label by default. I have noted and repair a error between the shortcuts for the Upload Video and Translate the application. Like Ctrl + U was more appropriated for Upload Video, i have change this Translate the application who is now replaced by Crtl + G.
I have add for EXport in XML the shortcut following MAJ + X
I have change this one for the action Import a Transition which was already taken by the action Report a bug.
So in conclusion, we have now :
 * Import a Transition : MAJ + T
* Export in XML : MAJ + X
* Upload Video : CTRL + U
* the labels for those + this one for the Preferences + those Report a bug, Translate application, Ask a question, About.

This patch replaces all the previous patchs done for this bug. Sorry.

I was not able to change (yet) the last for the help.

I applied Olivier's patch, with a few of my own modifications. For some reason, I do not like the help menu to have shortcuts, other than the main F1 = help contents. It seems like most of those menus will rarely be used.

New shortcuts:
Import New Transitions: CTRL + w
Export XML: CTRL + x
Upload Video: CTRL + u
Redo: CTRL + y
Preferences: CTRL + p
Contents: CTRL + F1
