"newest first" doesn't sort bugs correctly

Sorting by "newest first" doesn't work correctly.

On gnome-panel bugs by example:

Notice that #35574 is listed between #61479 and #60447

You can see this behavior in sample data by using the following query:

It is actually sorting by bug task creation timestamp rather than bug creation timestamp.

Bug 35574 has a "gail (Ubuntu)" task created on 2006-03-19 and a "gnome-panel (Ubuntu)" task created on 2006-09-18, which accounts for the ordering.

I agree that people would generally expect the list to be sorted on the bug creation date.
