skype immediately crashes whenever I try to use chat

In general skype for ubuntu works much better than it ever has done before for me, i.e. sounds and video all work smoothly

Ironically, it now crashes whenever I try to use the text chat feature!

skype is not maintained in medibuntu anymore. Please test the package from the partner repository and report the bug against this package if it still happens.
