update module list should reflect module folder deletion

Bug Description
When a module folder is deleted from the addons folder, and the module list is updated, the deleted folder still appears in the module list in the OpenERP client.

Let me make a small remark:
Non-found modules can be turned into "uninstallable". They could marginally be
deleted /only if/ they are not installed.
Consider the scenario that somebody launches the server just one time with the
wrong addons path. If we really delete the module records when the files are
missing, such a launch would screw his database.
