I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Can you tell us exactly how you updated, and how you populated the tables?

I'm particularly curious about the following lines (some repeated) from your daemon.log file:

i have xubuntu 9.10 on that machine whit powerdns install on it. what works fine
i only did sudo aptitude safe-upgrade and install the updates that its al what i did
