Bug Description
Favorite applications are stored in GConf with a priority (for some reason as a float value although in practice it’s always an integer). They should be displayed in the launcher by ascending priority (lower priority first), as is done in unity.

Note that "priority" itself is quite a badly chosen name, what it represents is more a rank than a priority (otherwise higher priority should go to the top). But this bug report is not about semantics, it’s about making sure we replicate unity’s implementation.
