Bug report - Registration of new support points

How to register new support points ?
There is no procedure, nor explanation on the web-site how to register new support points ?
A new procedure could be started with a new map which is still under development.
Meanwhile, it is necessary to define an interim procedure applicable immediately.

I propose to replace the 3d bullet of the page "Participate" as follow:
