Bug Description

Binary package hint: kde-guidance

When I do a dpg-reconfigure xserver-xorg it detects a 'VIA Technologies, Inc. VT8378 [S3 UniChrome] Integrated Video'-card and it selects the via-driver. This works fine.

If I go to kcontrol and I go the display module > go to sysadmin-mode > go to the hardware-tab, I see that an OpenChrome-card is detected, so it wants to use the openchrome-driver. When I click on the configure-button right from it (in Dutch 'Instellen'), > select the via-driver > apply this > go back to the videocard-settings and select the detected graphical card (OpenChrome) > apply this > restart X > X will not start with the following errors:

(II) LoadModule: "openchrome"
(WW) Warning, couldn't open module openchrome
(II) UnloadModule: "openchrome"
(EE) Failed to load module "openchrome" (module does not exist, 0)

Fatal server error:
no screens found
