Two buttons to import a bitmap

There are two buttons to import a bitmap, one in the left toolbar and one in File->Import.
One imports in the library, an other in the workspace, it is very confusing. A single button would be more logical.

Humm ... they don't work similarly : with the 'toolbar button', you can drop directly on the drawing, not with the menu version ...

I think it is confusing... you should be able to drag and drop an image
from the library to the workspace (at the good location, it is a bit
buggy currently)... Then, it will work exactly like the other button...

We can also let these two buttons, and just add the bitmap in the library when we use the toolbar button.
