Mapped disk drive only partially works to Windows 2008

I too have the same problem:

What I expect to happen:
With a local disk mapped to a Windows 2008 RDP session I expect to be able to list, move, copy, create and delete files and folders.

What actually happens:
I am only able to list folder contents. Any move, copy, create or delete operation gives the following error in Windows:
Error 0x8007048F:The device is not connected.

Then the mapped drive becomes totally inaccessible, with attempts to list the folder contents giving:
\\tsclient\Local is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.
Attempt to access invalid address.

This is NOT a permissions problem. The same connection works fine to a Windows 2003 server.
This may also be a problem with RDP to Windows 7.

This appears to be fixed by this patch (not tested by me):

I don't know if this patch has been included in the rdesktop SVN trunk.

Please include the patch.
