Bug Description

Currently, the new run-tests-with-coverage script is not working. Presumably python-coverage is altering the environment somehow, and u1trial is unable to import the modules necessary for running the tests. However, u1trial now has a --coverage option for giving a coverage report, so we should just use that instead, and always invoke it, I think.
