"More" ambiguity

Bug Description

in the information panel "More" is an unknown. When clicked you are offered options but taken directly to another page. Perhaps a hover bubble indicating what more is would help.

Remove "| More" since this is the same link as below in "More information on openlibrary.org"

Add ?path={book url} to contact form link.

Removed "More..." link. Added the book URL to the OL contact form link. The OL contact form should display e.g. "http://www.archive.org/stream/itemid#page/n8/mode/2up" in the "what page were you looking at" field if you were on that URL.

Please verify that the "More" link is not displayed. We removed it since it was the same link as is displayed in "More information on ..."
