Bug Description
Instead of using already compressed JPG files, hugin should be able to work with uncompressed RAW image files, such as the NEF format created by Nikon cameras.
A possibility to implement this is to use dcraw.

Or use Adobe Camera Raw, which converts my Canon/Nikon/... raws to adobe format. Many third party tools use ACR for this purpose, i.e. Photoacute.
