Bug Description
I wonder whether I am the only one who thinks the current UI for manipulating control lines is quite strange.
1 select CP tab and display the same images in both subwindows.
2 select the start of the horizontal line in the left window.
3 select the end of the line in the right window.
4 optional: Swear a little bit since autotuning does doesn't work at all for most CP lines.
Drawing start and endpoint in the *same* window would work a lot better. Sometimes I have got images with finely striped background. With the current UI I literally end up counting stripes to find the matching one instead of simply marking it up.

This is really a good idea! When positioning the second point, a file line should be displayed from the starting point to the end point. This would help VERY much to estimate the direction of the line.
