2009.2-Beta3 on G5 / 10.4.11 using GPU option

Bug Description

GPU activated in preferences, tried to stitch a (normally working) pto, result: nona crashed almost instantly.

Hi Harry, sorry that I didn't think of it in the first place... The same project worked fine with your earlier builds, and it also stitched nicely with the current hugin Version 2009.2.0-Beta3 SVN 4351 when I deactivate the GPU option. See this example:

not critical for release, but interesting because I have not seen such a bug report earlier:

Total GPU memory used: 115565856
Interpolator chunks:
[(0, 0) to (4, 4) = (4x4)]
[(4, 0) to (8, 4) = (4x4)]

I don't know what the Bus error is, but it looks as if the GPU was trying to return its results?

That feature is marked as being "EXPERIMENTAL" but I now activated it anyhow. Seems to work, PTGui is already at the enblend stage.
