Firstly you have selected 'Exposure blending' rather than 'Normal' output, but your images are not bracketed.
If you try again does it always fail at image 15? If not then it may be that you have run out of disk space on C: drive (note that although you are working on N: drive, hugin is using C: for temporary files).
