Bug Description
I have English setting set in Hugin prefrences, and Russian locale set in Windows control panel.
All Hugin interface is in English as expected, except for the title of the stitching progress window and message boxes it generates -- they come out in Russian.
Expected behavior would be that all messages and widnows titles are in English, no Russian messages are displayed if language is set to English in preferences.
Spotted on SVN 3145 on WinXP, was not present prior to 2955.
