win32 enblend 2.1 fails with AdobeDeflate error

Bug Description

When I use the enblend output from Hugin I get
AdobeDeflate errors in the enblend window. I've been
able to use enblend by outputting multiple tiffs and
then resaving them (in irfanview) uncompressed. If
there were an option for Hugin to output uncompressed
tifs I think it would work.

I don't have to resave the files uncompressed if I save them
as "multiple tiffs with masks." I can use this output with
enblend as is.

It would still be nice to be able to do it directly from Hugin.

isn't it a duplicate of
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=77506&atid=550441&func=detail&aid=1082059
?

use the enblend posted on the hugin website, or wait for
enblend 2.2
