When drug'n'drop any file to URI fileopen dialog in any application (gedit, gxine, bluefish) 2 extra unicode simbols inserting at the end of the filepath:

Thanks for your bug. What version of Ubuntu do you use? What locale do you use? From where do you dnd those files? Are you using nautilus? Are your link an example or a screenshot to attach to the bug? In which case you can use the left column option for that

That looks like http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=360441 upstream which is fixed with nautilus 2.16.2 on feisty:
