Bug Description
Binary package hint: compiz-
When switching using the ring switcher, there usually is a certain elasticity where the ring contracts when you switch faster. However, this elasticity disappears if the ring switcher is allowed to rest, and fully expand outwards, resulting in the switch just rotating the windows around without contracting the ring when switching fast.
