plugin avidemux, impossible to install

I am on Ubuntu 10.10

Yesterday, I find a bug with avidemux-plugins-common 1:2.5.4-1. It's impossible to install with the version libx264-98(this version is natively on Ubuntu 10.10). I had the message libx264-85 is not installable. In fact, it's necessary to download and install libx264-85. This package is in Lucid distribution and you can find this package at : http://packages.ubuntu.com/lucid/libx264-85.

After do that, avidemux-plugins-common is installed and it works

The same situation in oneiric now (while it is not installable true the normal repositories you have to download it via launchpad):

There is a dependency to the package avidemux-plugins-common. It needs the libx264-106 but in oneiric is libx264-116 so it is not installable.

This is a direct cause of bug #831096: the avidemux package needs to be fixed to build again in ubuntu.

I set this to fix released because it was fixed in bug #831096 for oneiric.

I'm on 11.10 and avidemux still will not upgrade. Same story:
"Depends: libx264-85 but it is not installable"

I believe the upgrade is coming from GetDeb, but I've never had an issue with their packages before.
