Yep, it's missing - I'd say this is a wishlist (B6 is there, so I don't see why A6 isn't - I guess they may be limiting the number of entries since you could go all the way to A10 and some odd sizes).

If the problem persists, please mark this bug as "also affects project Libreoffice" or "also affects distribution Libreoffice (Ubuntu)" if that has not happened already.

Please leave references to upstream OpenOffice.org bugs in place to allow cross pollination.
