Started by shows "started on x seconds/minutes/hours ago" when less than a day ago

When changing the implementation status for a blueprint, the section "Started by" will list the username and when this was done, to indicate when the blueprint was started. The template for this is to show the text
"Started by
<username> on <date>"
However, as long as it is less than a day ago, instead of a date, the amount of seconds/minutes/hours since the blueprint was considered started.
For instance : "<username> on 5 minutes ago". This does not sound right to me, and I think the word "on" should be omitted, when the time shown is not a date, like "<username> 5 minutes ago". When a date is printed it is of course natural to include "on".

Attached an image of the issue, since linking to a blueprint would not demonstrate the issue when it starts showing a date instead of seconds/minutes/hours ago.
