Bug Description

Binary package hint: tomcat6

Description: Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS
Release: 10.04

When launching tomcat6-instance-create the tomcat instance created contains an empty webapps directory.
Would it be possible to include the webapps stuff in the tomcat6-user package?
