Program does not print only feeds paper through

Binary package hint: epdfview

My mother was trying to print out a PDF of a school schedule that she works at. The printer would just feed the paper through and not print anything. The printer is a HP Deskjet 656c. The PDF printed with Adobe Reader but not epdfview.

 1. The release of ubuntu you are using, via 'lsb_release -rd'.
 2. The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy package_name' or by checking in Synaptic.

This problem happens when trying to print with anything according to the user. Just as a heads up.
