Bug Description
The stats system won't process the last hour in the lookback window because the objects are lexicographically after the end_key filter.

I'm not sure I understand how this bug came about? Since the uploaders will always be at least one hour behind (you don't want to upload the active log), it doesn't seem to matter if the current hour is included in the container listing or not?
I guess it doesn't hurt either...
