Binary package hint: empathy

i have 3 accounts that i had working in 10.04 but now in 10.10 i keep getting "authentication failed" when i log into the yahoo mail using the same id and password i get in. i have installed Kopete and that can not log in to these accounts. but when i go onto the yahoo.co.uk/messenger website i get in.

I have not changed my ports on the router. i am able to get into hotmail account just not yahoo.

thanks for your bug report. have you tried deleting you yahoo account in empathy and add it again? are you also entering the @yahoo.co.uk ? can you please attach telepathy-haze logs to this bug report. you can get those by clicking on help>debug a window will appear there select haze and click save and attach that text file to this bug report. this will help us solve the problem.
