Don't fetch hidden folders

extend the "hide folder" mechanism to ignore hidden folder when fetching messages

currently it works for toplevel folders, including spaces
the code for hiding works, but localized folder names are not fetched, looking into it
next step: nested folders

I modified the patch slightly, most importantly to not change the Path in mbsyncrc and to not use get_localized_folder in the Hide menu item. I'd say problems with adding hidden folders should be addressed separately.

hiding localized folders doesn't work

I tackled localized folders in a separate commit, by using the part of the location after the last slash. It should work now. I need to see however what to do with remaining parent folders.

it does not work for me! i just tried with latest git version, so i am reopening it.
my gmail folders use a german locale, my system is english, coudl this be the problem?

It does work for me, and look at the date of my last comment, the code hasn't changed since then.

Please open a new bug report with a specific problem if it's not fully working in all cases.
