Bug Description

If i reboot or log out and then log back in, the dock goes back to a clean state. It shows no icons, not even the Docky icon. However, if I close docky while logged in and then relaunch it manually, it loads everything that was setup during that session fine.

I've looked at the debug log and see no errors.

We need to know things such as:

- what OS/version?
- what version of Docky? (If you run 'docky -d' from a terminal, just paste the output here and it will include the version)
- how did you install Docky?

Changed in docky:
importance: Undecided → Low

Ubuntu 10.10, Docky is installed using the PPA

Before restarting I added the Trash extension and pinned Chrome to the dock.

Ok your log confirmed my suspicion. I think there is something wrong with your GConf setup. What? ... I don't know. But you can see there it reads in and says every key is missing, hence your settings are default.

I am not sure what to tell you, but you should probably contact GConf people and see if they can help. I don't believe this is a Docky bug.
