Bug Description
When a player makes a concealed/closed Kan, RMahjong displays all four tiles face up, making it impossible to discern visually whether the Kan was open or closed.

When displaying a winning hand with a concealed kan it should have the two middle tiles face down as well. I'm reusing my screenshot from the suu-ankou bug, since that had a concealed kan in the winning hand.
