Bug Description

The update-commit and update-commit-scale tests are randomly hanging when running the drizzleslap test suite with innodb.

We have disabled these tests for now.

This will need to be re-examined as it seems as though the blocking bugs were fixed, so these tests should now work okay.

I'm pretty sure this no longer applies to us, setting to Incomplete unless someone proves otherwise.
