Bug Description

Binary package hint: whereami

The script testssid has a syntax error when using /bin/sh:

/usr/share/whereami/tests/testssid: 19: Syntax error: Bad substitution
/usr/share/whereami/tests/testssid: 19: Syntax error: Bad substitution
/usr/share/whereami/tests/testssid: 19: Syntax error: Bad substitution
/usr/share/whereami/tests/testssid: 19: Syntax error: Bad substitution
/usr/share/whereami/tests/testssid: 19: Syntax error: Bad substitution
/usr/share/whereami/tests/testssid: 19: Syntax error: Bad substitution
/usr/share/whereami/tests/testssid: 19: Syntax error: Bad substitution

The offending line:
TESTSSID="${1/,*}"

Changing the interpreter to /bin/bash fixes this problem.
