Icons should come from one source

At this moment, the icons of OpenTeacher come from different sets of icons. I propose to use one icon set, both for integrity and to simplify licensing.

I've made an analysis of the current used icons:

Found by a hash program in the Oxygen theme:

I think we should just replace all non-Oxygen icons with the Oxygen ones, but I'd like to know the source of the last three. Are they specially made for OpenTeacher too? I couldn't find them...

About the last three: I don't remember. It's been a while ;-) They are certainly not made by me.

I looked it up, and they were added by Roel in bug #310572

OK, I'll look for Oxygen alternatives. If I can't find any, I'll contact Roel/rulus and ask him where the icons come from.

A quick search revealed a good Oxygen alternative for every icon, except for the 'award.png' file. I'll keep looking, though. Maybe we've to replace it with something else, though.

An icon of a group of people would be fine too I think.

OK, i tried using a group of users, but I think it gets to boring that way.

I decided to try the bookmark icon (a star), and it looks nicer. Nobody recognizes it, anyway. :)
