the issue is due the gnome3 ppa and not ubuntu

Rodrigo, the new gnome-control-center conflicts with gnome-media < 2.91 you need to update the package to reflect the issue

right, you need to uninstall it or wait for gnome-media to be upgraded to the new serie so it stops conflicting
