It'd be great to import data from MoM into http://harvest.ubuntu.com/.

I was thinking of XML output for another reason (input for grep-merges
without screen-scraping), but JSON sounds OK for that too; it would
definitely be better than CSV.

This is available now (http://merges.ubuntu.com/main.json etc. - see the index on http://merges.ubuntu.com/). Let me know if anything needs to change.
