Control Centre using obsolete python bindings for Jamu plugin

Binary package hint: mythbuntu-control-centre

Mythbuntu 0.24 with auto builds. Whenever I start control centre I get the following error.

The getSetting() and setSetting() functions have been discarded.

These bindings actually are shipped in the mythtv package.

jamu is dead with 0.25 (in precise). -> won't fix.
