Bug Description
Hello,
If I'm downloading a torrent it says 100% complete before teh torrent is really completed. I think it should stay at 99.9% until it's really fully downloaded. I think it says 100% because 100% is closer than 99,9%(for example if you have downloaded torrent 99,99%) , but i think it should stay at 99,9% until it's fully downloaded That is at least the way the web interface says. I haven't tested what the normal interface shows...
Linux qbittorrent 2.4.9

This is fixed in SVN, thanks. This issue only affected the Web UI.
