Bug Description

I would have expected to get a list of names of every installed package when polling OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.6.3.1.2
But the response is HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrSWInstalledName = No Such Object available on this agent at this OID
Other OIDs work as expected

This command prints out a lot of information:
snmpwalk -c secret -v 2c hostname 1.3.6.1.2.1.25

This command shows HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrSWInstalledName = No Such Object available on this agent at this OID:
snmpwalk -c secret -v 2c hostname 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.6.3.1.2

As it is possible to query the OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.6.3.1.2 on other distributions, i thought it should be possible with Ubuntu as well.
