I'm getting a decent amount of:

I am guessing that these errors are not major as they are just a Notice, but want to report it. I am on Ubuntu 10.04 64bit

These are minor bugs in the ctools module. You may be seeing them now (and not before) because of Pantheon's increased error reporting out of the box, but they're not Pantheon issues. Please report them to the module maintainer (or better yet offer a fix!):

All good, thats what I figured, I will report them to ctools in the morning, see if I can work out a fix for them as I am sure it will drive me a bit crazy. Love the project! Thanks for the hard work.
