Bug Description

The light theme for the wiki has the option in user preferences for a list of quick links for navigating regularly used pages. This functions well under the Ubuntu default theme but I cannot seem to find them when I'm using the new light theme. I am not sure if this has just been overlooked or if it's meant to be that way to compliment the theme.

I have had a bit of a search and spoken to some others but we are unable to determine if this is a fault or meant to be. Please let me know if more information is required as I am happy to do whatever else is needed.
