Bug Description

I tried to install the Tables And Filters plugin but an error occured. The error was critical so it was emailed to me, but it never got sent properly because something was malformed (recipient address?). Here is the error:

A message that you sent contained a recipient address that was incorrectly
constructed:
Content-Type: missing or malformed local part (expected word or "<")
The message has not been delivered to any recipients.
------ This is a copy of your message, including all the headers. ------

If I send a test email from the Email Settings tab it comes thru fine without errors. I think the problem is that To: email address needs to be in < > brackets (which is what the error says).
