Bug Description

Have tried installing Ubuntu 9.4, 9.10, 10.4 on an ECS 755-A2 motherboard (built in sound card) and sound card does not work for any of the installs. According to the board documentation the sound card function is provided by the SiS 964/964L SB supporting 6 channels of AC97 2.3 specification speaker outputs. It appears that there are lots of sound modules installed
