ppa-purge should have an option to pass -y to aptitude or apt-get

Bug Description

ppa-purge should have an option to pass the "-y" argument to apt-get or aptitude so that it doesn't require any user input. This way it could be used in various applications / scripts using Zenity and so on.

I'm attaching a patch for this functionallity (it also includes the fixes for the latest BZR 54 submitted by chocolateboy @ https://bugs.launchpad.net/ppa-purge/+bug/638267)
