Bug Description
Binary package hint: rhythmbox
I Recently Upgraded My Ubuntu OS to Maverick, Earlier Things were fine but after the upgarde i found Rhythmbox having some kind of problem with few of my song. These are the songs i have already had with me and earlier Rhythmbox never gave such an impression. I tried to play the songs in VLC, Audaciuos, Exaile and non of them gave any error. I re-downloaded the songs but the problem still persisted, only in Rhythmbox. The actual problem is that whenever i play the song either comes out a harsh kind of sound like that of a cracking object...or otherwise the song begins with a unique sound and then plays fine but on changing the track, the new sound track begins in continuation with the current problematic song. In short, i cannot change the song but if i do it will play two songs all together. So now either i have to exit Rythmbox or i have to stop playback and then change my track (Pausing Wouldn't help....On Pausing, the problematic song continues).....I Have tried reinstalling Rhythmbox by Completely Removing it but nothing happened, i even changed the name of the folder to which the songs belong but no help. I have even reinstalled gstreamer plugin but the problem doesn't seems to be of the plugins....HOPE I GET I FIX TO THIS SOON !!! FOR THE TIME BEING I HAVE REMOVED THE PROBLEMATIC SONGS FROM MY RHYTHMBOX LIBRARY !!!
