wishlist: GNU homepage - provide single HTML for documentation

Please provide one single HTML page. This has the benefit of:

- Caching the page in the browser for offline reading
- Ability to conveniently search forward / backward across whole document

You might want to do the same for the rest of the documentation pages as well.

This would be useful, and we should consider this as we rewrite the documentation using reST and Sphinx.
