interactive ware help: link to ware overview

Bug Description

In the interactive ware help, there is now a link to the buildings overview (e.g. http://wl.widelands.org/help/barbarians/buildings/). Another link to the ware overview (e.g. http://wl.widelands.org/help/barbarians/wares/) would be helpful and would make the ware help more complete.
