Sunrise wallpaper fails to start at login

Bug Description
I have set the Sunrise Wallpaper to be ran at login (at least the checkbox says so), but it fails to start or update the wallpaper. One reason might be because my internet connection takes some time to come up, and a refresh delay may be sufficient. However, when I check the process list, gtk-sunrise is not running.
My system is Ubuntu 10.10, amd64 bits.
