Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
I got this error from Kubuntu 10.04 trying to upgrade to 10.10 after I changed the upgrade manager to look for "normal" upgrade mode instead of checking LTS dist upgrades only.
Also , previously, It was kubuntu 9.10 which was mistakenly , yet somehow managed to upgrade it to ubuntu 10.04 using an UBUNTU ALTERNATE CD IMAGE.
